We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable marketer to join the Marketing & Communication (M+C) team, part of the Cross-S&C and Services Executive Forums team. Working alongside the Executive Forum Leads across S&C and Services, you will support and drive the execution of executive forum programs, which are Accenture-owned forum for C-suite to exchange ideas and discuss their most pressing issues, as well as provide execution support to select events.
Our ideal candidate will have a broad marketing background, and experience creating and delivering cutting-edge client relationship programs for external C-suite decision makers. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of executive forum program(s)
Work in concert with Executive Forum M+C lead and Events team to execute executive forum programs
Co-shape the full-on experience and co-design key moments
Where applicable, support Voice of Customer program
Support client forum moments execution and overall program
Gather and package forum insights
Track KPIs and provide reporting
May be activated through the hive model to support the execution of other events
As part of our new, agile way of working, this role is part of what we call a hive. This means you may spend a portion of your time supporting projects or activities outside of your aligned-to teams.
Required Experience:
Experience in the execution of client relationships programs
Highly collaborative working style, bringing together different parts of the business to design campaigns for maximum impact
Experience of stakeholder engagement working in complex organizations
Able to demonstrate strong project management skills
Minimum of 3-5 years professional services and/or B2B marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree or other university degree
Highly self-motivated and organized
