　　Buy with Prime is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and build training for our Merchant Support team.

　　As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high quality training content for technical and non-technical learning programs for Buy with Prime Merchant Support teams as new features and services come online. This role also focuses to training program management, KNET administration and content development. You will play a significant role in the training and development of a successful and effective global support team.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Deliver training and coaching to BwP Merchant Support and other associated teams.

　　Review and report training completion rates together with managers and associates

　　Drive training programs and manage day to day operations for the same.

　　Work with cross functional teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed

　　Partner with learning developers to assist training content creation process

　　Basic Qualifications

　　4+ years of program or project management experiencePreferred Qualifications

　　Four years of Training Delivery experience and Four years experience in managing Training projects
