A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas.
Works closely with site supervisors and HR to ensure new employees are successfully onboarded.
Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
Coordinates and conducts annual or recurring training of employees.
The regular working hours for this position will be 2nd shift (evening). Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, on an as-needed basis with advanced notice.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experienceNice to Have
Experience working in a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
Experience working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Minimum of 4 years of training experience
Proficient written and verbal communication
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills with a desire to continuously educate employees in both classroom and clinical settings.
High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to various learning style needs.

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered complies with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
