Your Responsibilities
As a Trainer ER/HR Coordinator for I ntelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND, you will:
Performs various training related activities for semi-skilled production employees.
Coordinates production technical training, oversees the non-traditional trainers.
Responsible for the formal OJT (On-the-Job Training) program.
Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
