  Your Responsibilities

  As a Trainer ER/HR Coordinator for I ntelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND, you will:

  Performs various training related activities for semi-skilled production employees.

  Coordinates production technical training, oversees the non-traditional trainers.

  Responsible for the formal OJT (On-the-Job Training) program.

  Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.

  What Skills You Need

  5 or more years of experience - Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  5 or more years of experience - Optimizes Work Processes: Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  5 or more years of experience - Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

  5 or more years of experience - Action Planning: Works to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.

  5 or more years of experience - Computer Skills: Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.

  5 or more years of experience - Data Collection and Analysis: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

  5 or more years of experience - Planning and Organizing: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

  5 or more years of experience - Policy and procedures: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting, and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.

  3 or more years of experience - Analyze Alternatives and Recommend Solutions: Works at an intermediate level to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders.

  Works to understand business context, needs, rules, and architecture, as well as organizational structure, cultures, capabilities, and processes to document the current state of processes and the business.

  Works to interpret, contribute to, or lead business case creation with departments to quantify current costs, justify project investment, and identify the return on investment.

  Works to orient the organization around delivering to the key needs of their customers.

  Works to envision and document the future state of processes and products by identifying the solution scope, potential value of the future state, and the changes to the process, products, organization infrastructure, capabilities, and technology necessary to achieve the desired future state.

  Works to explore the depth and breadth of a problem, draw out the implications of not changing, and help employees self-discover and articulate the value of a solution.

  Works to uncover the business explicit needs and/or unforeseen opportunities and challenges.

  Works to conduct gap analysis between current and future states to identify components of the overall change strategy.

  IPC Certified Trainer or willingness to complete training

  Education

  Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
