Field Technician - 60834

　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:What will you do?This position is responsible for assisting the startup team to install and validate building automation systems, per contract requirements. This employee typically works under daily supervision of Senior Technicians, Project Engineers, and/or Project Managers and reports directly to the Construction Manager.

　　Responsibilities Include:* Working with Microsoft Office suite* Driving a company vehicle* Safely maneuvering a construction site* Elementary understanding of IP Network architecture and hardware* Basic Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting* Basic Capability of working in EBO Application* Creating Controllers* Network Search* Bringing 3rd Party Devices* Creating Points and Values* Basic Folder Structure and Naming Standards* Assist and support in basic field startup using standard startup and checkout process.* Maintaining a safe working environment* Assist senior level technicians and/or project managers in punchlist management and closeout* Assist senior level technicians and/or project managers in providing input to maintain as-built markups for field directed changes to design documentation* Understand how to read specs, drawings, and control drawings* Support 3rd party TAB process* Assist project manager with material delivery, material logistics, and LOT management.* 2 year Technical degree or equivalent work experience* Valid drivers license* Local to Philadelphia Metro area
