The primary function of this position is to provide leadership into the process areas, the development and implementation of new products to the production process, based on policies, systems, processes and procedures established in the quality management system, to ensure the ability of deliver 100% defect-free product to our customers and within the times defined by the organization.

　　This position serves as our primary contact with our design engineering department and new program launch department on issues related to new product introduction, including approval, tracking, planning and execution.

　　Additionally, to support the different areas in the guidance for the maintenance and updating of the PFMEA and CP flowcharts, and supports along with the different multidisciplinary teams for the creation of new documents when necessary.

　　This position also covers responsibility for the CQI-9 compliance and audit program across all of our heat treatment processes to ensure product reliability for our customers reporting directly to the Quality manager.

　　Mechanical Engineering career required.

　　Advanced English.

　　Minimum of 3 years of Quality Management System.

　　Skills and knowledge for the correct compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO9001.

　　Knowledge in PPAP

　　Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.

　　High level of Systems knowledge; MS Office, Outlook, Oracle

　　Core Tools certification is desirable.
