　　BS Degree a plus but not necessary```{=html}

　　```- Must have In depth knowledge of tool and fixture design / manufacturing tooling fixture design- introduction to plant experience- Knowledge of PLC operation and programming as well as welding practices and sheet metal fabrication a big plus- Really wants to see strong Catia experience but would consider Creo instead.Both is huge but not necessary- Manufacturing experience- Knowledge of "lean design" and "lean process"
