　　The Commercial Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the Inside Sales Team efforts within the assigned region, to support capital projects for engineering contractors and major Customers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, General Industry, Power, and Water markets.

　　Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager / Director, this supervision role will ensure that all activities relative to the Pump's Original Equipment and AM Units are conducted in a professional, consistent, and effective manner.

　　The Commercial Operations Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:

　　Create and maintain a level of awareness for Flowserve values (people, safety, integrity, innovation, ownership, and excellence), while exhibiting exemplary behaviors.

　　Ensure the team is 100% compliant to all responsibilities and processes specified in the Commercial Playbook, policies and supporting procedures.

　　Review and assign Requests for Quotation within the team, leveraging workload and experience, providing support to identify proposal preparation issues, sourcing strategy, hydraulic selections, supply chain and project sourcing engagement.

　　Ensure accurate usage and prompt update of FlowForce within the team.

　　Lead mostly complex/critical opportunities as deemed necessary.

　　Regular and proactive follow-up of quoted opportunities with Applications Engineers and Sales, consequent review, and discussion of each job to allow for the evolution of business strategies and to increase hit rates on current and future projects.

　　Focus efforts on our Customers, either internal or external, to ensure they view and measure Commercial Operations as responsive, reliable, consistent, and helpful in offering value added solutions.

　　Conduct Performance and Development Plan (PMP) for major accountabilities and individual objectives in a timely, fair, and consistent manner.

　　Coach and set goals and objectives to facilitate personal development for each member of the team.

　　Position Requirements

　　BS Engineering degree (mechanical preferred) or 10 years of experience with centrifugal pumps in similar roles.

　　5 years of commercial front-end and/or comparable sales/customer facing experience.

　　The candidate should have a demonstrated proactive behavior and ability to create and further develop this culture.

　　Experience to plan, organize and accomplish Projects/Proposals on time with effective team collaboration.

　　Demonstrated knowledge of pump solutions.

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　English language Advanced (minimum required) to be able to communicate both speaking and writing.

　　Strong computer skills (MS Office).

　　Experience in coaching others.
