  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented TEWLS Project Manager to join our team in the Fort Detrick, MD area serving a DHA client. This position may offer a telework or hybrid option.

  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Serve as the IT Operations Manager for TEWLS covering Linux, SAP, Oracle infrastructure

  The DML-ES SAP (TEWLS) Project Manager provides planning, direction and oversight for all DML-ES SAP sustainment and maintenance until fully integrated

  Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.

  Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all operational performance objectives.

  Interface with technical experts and leaders in Government, ManTech, and other commercial organizations and build trusted relationships.

  Collaborate and participate in activities to ensure knowledge creation/sharing and integration within and across all work programs.

  Basic Qualifications:

  A bachelor's degree in a related field of study

  A minimum of (10) ten years of professional experience

  Outcome based experience for the successful management of the SAP based integrated application as a practitioner

  Expert experience with MS Project for IMS management

  PMI PMP or DAU Advanced (Level 2 or 3) PMC

  Experience in SAFe(r) /Agile, and DevSecOps, and with evidence of on-time delivery to production

  SAP ERP experience

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's DegreeClearance Requirements:

  Must be a U.S. citizen

  Possess a Secret clearance- highly desired

  Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

  The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
