The Temporary Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative leadership and professional support to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI), while providing direct support to the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as the Assistant Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion. Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment with sensitive and confidential matters. Manage daily office operations, calendars, and administrative support for ODI. Record and distribute meeting minutes as assigned by the Vice President. Participate in projects that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
