　　Handle customer complaints on-site. 2Participate in industry and site new product development. Organize product quality problems verification and solution. Approve new product industrial production. Approve standardized modules.Responsible for non-standard design, process check, quality audit and other work of major product DTO/ETO projects.Review and transform the technical requirements of bidding documents for major bidding projects.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design, electrical engineering or related.10+ years experience in electrical industrial, familiar with production process of MV switchgear. Be innovative and good at project management.Experience and ability in managing, training, and developing staff to prepare them for advancement.Be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
