Job Scope: To landing Innovation on time in full, develop a product idea bank, to support competitor product analysis monthly base, part of HIT team in looking for packaging and product ideation both RM & PM, part of a HIT team with capability in getting competitor product analysis. Deliver holistic smart product saving, to Develop saving ideas in raw and pack material, implementing the project ideas and focus implement waste rework management, as well to support capacity unlock in business. Landing Low carbon footprint strategy (include Fox as formulation & efficient pack as pack technologist), to landing less dairy usage strategy and HNS compliance. Team representative in DEPSQ, ONM meeting, and SEA regular project R&D for Indonesia. Willing to be based in Bekasi Cikarang and able to go to Head Office Tangerang BSD if needed.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years working experience in Food and beverages company in the same field. Graduated from major of Foods Science /Packaging science/Chemical engineering, Foods engineering, bio science engineering degree either local or overseas are welcome. Has no allergy to cold situation as the person will work in Ice Cream or might work in harsh environment in cold store (below 0 /zero degree Celsius) Soft skill: Integrity, Humble, Diligent, Consistent output, Agile, Creative, Smart and understand foods science & technology related both raw material and packaging material. Able to work under pressure in tight time schedule, tight communication, well plan organized.
