Description:

　　We are currently hiring an experienced accounts payable specialist for one of our top manufacturing clients in Phoenix!

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Processing invoices and daily purchase orders and ensuring accurate and timely payments

　　Reconciling accounts and resolving payment discrepancies

　　Maintaining vendor records and communication through phone and email and resolves issues on account statuses

　　Responsible for ACH transactions, wire transfers, and batch check runs

　　Responsible for tracking expenses and communicating with sales team to ensure compliance and proper expense reporting

　　Familiarity with 1099 process

　　Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting processes by preparing reporting documents and month-end closings.

　　Complying with accounting principles and and general ledger accounting

　　Skills:

　　Accounts payable, Invoice processing, Purchase order, Reconciliation, general ledger, Microsoft excel, erp system, expense allocations

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　High volume invoice processing

　　Manufacturing industry experience

　　Will be responsible for bank reconciliations and entries into the general ledger

　　NetSuite experience is a plus (not required)

　　Expense reports, experience with Expensify a plus

　　Sales and use tax requirements

　　Experience Level:

　　Expert Level
