　　Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　5 years of experience in program management.

　　Experience working with optical networking technologies.

　　Experience working with stakeholders across multi-dimensional programs.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

　　Experience in network automation software development.

　　Experience with significant optical network planing and design or field operations in network data centers or colocation facilities.

　　Knowledge of the fundamentals of optical networking, including Fiber optics and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technologies.

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 　　Manage the Network repair team's goal planning and project tracking as well as drive and lead optical NPI projects.

　　Coordinate between various cross-functional teams, set clear expectations about responsibilities, communicate with stakeholders, and measure success.

　　Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to represent and advocate operational needs, as well as successfully implement plans.

　　Provide reporting, analysis, and improvements for human and automated processes.
