In order to qualify, you'll need to have a great attendance record and enjoy working in fast-paced environments. The next step will be an in person interview, which we'll schedule with you ASAP. These positions will start on a training schedule working 8 hour shifts on day shift. The schedule will go to a rotating 12-hour dupont schedule within 3-4 weeks of your start date. You MUST be able to work days and nights. Candidates also need Forklift or Electric Pallet Jack experience to qualify.

　　Responsibilities

　　Technical and mechanical aptitude as well as basic computer skills

　　Physical strength and endurance are essential for this position

　　The ability to effectively communicate with team members and other stakeholders

　　Skill set to operate in a fast-paced production environment while focusing on safety, quality, and precision

　　Must be able to be frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, and vibration

　　Must be able to work 12-hour, rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, etc...)

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 35lbs

　　standing for 12 hours at one time
