　　Typical Day in the LifeThe Tax Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for working withclients to assist them with the transition of wealth from one generation tothe next. This assistance will include:Preparing fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns by required deadlines.Working with the tax and wealth transition team to ensure the variouscomponents of the tax process are performed.Working with the national Wealth Transition Services team on various projects.Working with clients to ensure relevant tax-related information is gathered sothat an accurate tax return can be prepared.Looking at the tax situation of the individual and their estate from variousangles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.Attending professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.Effectively interacting with all levels of staff, clients, and otherexternal business contacts.

　　Who You AreThe word "tax" is not foreign to you, and you can easily explain detailsof your tax experience and/or can explain the difference between a 1040 anda 1You have excellent communication skills.You enjoy keeping up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry's regulationsand policies.You have a knack for solving problems and easily notice issues while bringingsolutions to the table.In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting,valid CPA license or working towards obtaining CPA license preferred;Enrolled Agent (EA) certification also accepted, and have 1 or moreyears of experience in public accounting tax work.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future withoutvisa sponsorship.Benefits and CompensationOur compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. EideBailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salaryranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such asgeography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.Salary Range: $68,000-$95,000
