　　Position Summary

　　For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to HR Manager, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent.

　　A day in the life of...

　　• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;

　　• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;

　　• Source and recruit candidates;

　　• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;

　　• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;

　　• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;

　　• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

　　What will make you successful

　　• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas;

　　• At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment;

　　• Fluent in English and Spanish;

　　• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient;

　　• Good priority management and communication skills;

　　• Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understand the business environment.
