As a recruiter you will lead the recruitment of outstanding talent. This position will work alongside the executives and HR team and directly with the hiring managers to invite continuous interaction of techniques, policy, procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer a Full Cycle Recruiting Process. Including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers and coordinating the new employee onboarding process.
Be involved. Cultivate strong relationships with applicant sources such as colleges, skilled trade schools, career fairs, local community organizations, and media. Provide tours. Serve on local boards.
Utilize and manage the Applicant Tracking System (JAZZ) to the fullest potential.
Partner with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and develop winning strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current employees.
Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles from sales and engineering to skilled trades.
Monitor and maintain awareness of competitor’s practices and industry trends.
Use technology to be productive, efficient and to meet deadlines.

Work Environment
Follow safety rules during shop visits and site tours for applicants.
Occasional day travel to satellite offices in Aurora, OH and Lawrence, PA and recruiting events.
Work location is Youngstown, OH (On-site/In-person)
Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional evening or Saturday recruiting events.
