  Job Description

  Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers and seek candidate interview feedback.

  Submit requests on behalf of Hiring Managers.

  Facilitate effective and close communication between the candidates and recruiters.

  Track and monitor candidate interview status and share with the recruitment partner and hiring manager when requested.

  Administer candidate assessments when requested and applicable.

  Partner with the HR team to ensure endorsement of successfully identified candidates for a smooth onboarding experience.

  Initiate and track background check completion ahead of onboarding date.

  Monitor completion of onboarding requirements and make necessary follow-ups if needed.

  Perform job description formatting and requisition creation in the HR systems.

  Support process enhancement and project activities.

  Provide support to candidate interviews through scheduling, administering candidate assessments, and preparing logistical requirements for interviews.

  Support recruitment processes by administering assigned task to support recruitment needs, and answer queries of candidates of staff level candidates.

  Support on the identification of process gaps and raise identified process issues for resolution.

  Provide update, insights, candidate data, and updates for reports and feedback to stakeholders on assigned requisitions in support of developing recruitment cadence.

  Accurately document candidate and hiring manager activities in the application tracking system.

  Perform sourcing processes in-line with the assigned requisition qualifications.

  Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.

  Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

  Qualifications

  Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines

  1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in HR/ Business Administration

  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment

  Able to work both independently and as a team player

  Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight timeframe

  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)

  Fresh graduates will also be considered
