Job Description

　　A client of Insight Global is in search of a Systems (Requirements) Engineer to sit in Middle River, MD. This person will be supporting a world-leading manufacturer of engine nacelles and specialized aerostructures. The company supplies and supports these aerostructure products for engine makers, airplane manufacturers and aircraft operators. This role specifically involves collaborating with customers to determine requirements and handling the decomposition of requirements by supporting systems engineering management activities for hardware development programs. This person will derive, document, and manage the deliverable requirements for the technical teams and interface documents.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelors Degree in Engineering

　　 1-3 years of experience working as an Engineer specifically with the Decomposition of Requirements

　　 Experience collaborating with customer to determine requirements and specifications for hardware development/engineering

　　 Experience establishing traceability to customer requirements specifically with Model-Based tools like DOORS, JAMA, SysML or MagicDraw

　　 Experience with any of the following requirement planning tools:

　　 Requirements Verification Plans (RVP), Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), Interface Control Documents (ICD), System Requirements Review (SRR), etc. null
