Requirements:
Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping in the performance of daily office activities. Grasping, repetitive hand movement and fine coordination are required in using a computer keyboard and manipulation of tools to repair computers, etc. Near, far, and color vision is used in reading documents and in using the computer. Hearing and speaking are required when providing phone and face-to-face service with customers and vendors. The need to lift, drag and push files, paper, and documents weighing up to 50 pounds also is required. The incumbent often juggles multiple tasks, works under pressure of deadlines and with frequent interruptions. While working with computers and related equipment the incumbent may be exposed to electrical and mechanical hazards and vibration. Working in and around the computer room, loud background noise may exist.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.One year experience in network maintenance and user technical support.Ability to communicate and effectively work with technical and non-technical personnel to resolve issues.Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft 365.Demonstrated knowledge of VMWare and virtual serversIntermediate knowledge of Jack Henry application services.Demonstrated working knowledge with PC hardware/software installation; knowledge of Microsoft Office core applications, Windows Server operating systems.Working knowledge of network services using TCP/IPAbility to work with building Active Directory profiles for new users and employee changes for access security control.Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of vendors, bank managers and employees.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
