  Education experience is appreciated but not required! We welcome substitute teachers from all career and educational backgrounds - we appreciate the unique perspective you can bring from your current field!

  Pay Rate:

  Day to Day Substitute Teacher: $200.00 Per Day.

  Building Substitute Teacher : $225.00 Per Day.

  Long Term Substitute Teacher: $250.00 Per Day (Will have to create Lesson Plans, stay for school meetings and speak to parents ).

  Day To Day Retired Teachers: $275.00 Per Day

  Long Term Retired Teachers $300.00 Per Day.

  Full or part-time available!

  Monday - Friday schedule with NO weekends or holidays! Work only during school hours!

  Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree!

  Responsibilities:

  • Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies. This includes:

  o Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher’s existing lesson plans

  o Instructing students on a variety of classroom topics/courses

  o Building positive relationships

  o Assigning reasonable tasks and homework

  • Motivate students to learn, and encourage classroom participation

  • Create a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students

  • Adapt to the various learning styles of students

  • For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as create, administer, and grade tests and assignments
