About Staff Technical Program Manager - Customer Success

  Come join the SBSEG Customer Success organization as a Staff Technical Program Manager, Growth and Retention! Our team's mission is to empower customers as their trusted advisor, proactively serving them and fueling their prosperity.As part of the Technical Program Management team, you will help us drive the delivery of customer success initiatives to support our Growth and Retention pillar, which is advancing our customer service ecosystem and delivering critical business outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with multiple organizations in our technical ecosystem (Virtual Expert Platform, Product Development, Customer Success Analytics, Intuit Data Engineering/Data Solutions, and Senior Leadership Teams). You will have a direct impact on empowering our customers to give them the tools and support they need to solve their business's problems at every point of their journey.

  What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management for large-scale, cross-organization, complex software development initiatives. SaaS experience / cloud native applications / backend reporting/data experience.• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence platforms (i.e. Qliksense, Tableau, etc.) in an systems administrative capacity performing user management, schedule dependency mapping, capacity management, program management of e2e dashboard development with technical data analysts and data engineers.• Bachelor's degree (masters preferred) in business administration/management, engineering, computer science.• Capable of driving trade off discussions and decision making with technical experts.• Ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations to deliver the best outcome of complex programs.• Aligns work to the strategy and articulates the key technical outcomes.• Excellent organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences; ability to structure and communicate goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously understand and communicate the bigger picture while diving in to understand issues & risks to drive rapid resolution.

  How you will lead

  • Drive the delivery of data initiatives to support our Growth and Retention pillar by translating business requirements into technical requirements for our tech ecosystem partners (product analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence platform teams) and gaining alignment to and deliver successful outcomes.• Create technical program roadmaps and execution plans for complex, cross-organizational teams across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch.• Lead execution in partnership across multiple functions by providing a clear understanding of the overall e2e solution from a technology perspective through engagement with the proper technical experts and driving resolution of technology risks, issues and technical dependencies.• Influence decisions by connecting strategy, priorities, and business/technical outcomes.• Ensure continued alignment of program scope, status, risks, and dependencies through effective communication across the organization and at all levels.• Quickly and effectively identify critical issues and dependencies that need action and personally drive them through to closure. Balance business needs and technical constraints in resolving issues.• Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise; see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.• Effectively communicate program progress appropriately to varying levels of stakeholders across organizational boundaries, including senior leadership, with little guidance needed.
