　　What you'll bring

　　Passion for creating great products, delivering results and developing engineers.

　　2+ years working with engineering teams in the capacity of engineering manager.

　　6+ years of "hands-on" experience developing enterprise level applications.

　　Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.

　　Good understanding of and experience working with web-based technologies, understands how the full stack works.

　　Values and relentlessly drives objective decision making.

　　Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.

　　Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen.

　　Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders.

　　Expertise in full stack web development – java in the backend and JavaScript frameworks in the frontend.

　　Experience working with AWS or other cloud computing solutions.

　　BS in Computer Science / or equivalent work-related experience
