What’s the role
As Senior Software Engineer – .NET Core/Azure, you are responsible for the development and implementation of technical solutions within .NET Core/ Azure platform. You will primarily act as a technical expert broadly ranging from front-end, back-end, cloud automation and orchestration.
Specific accountabilities include the following:
Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces between on-premises solutions, cloud, and legacy systems
Solution consultation and development in accordance with the enterprise technology principles, methods, standards, and practices
Estimation, solution design, detailed technical design, application technical deliverables including code, associated tests and documentation
Contribution to functional excellence in terms of definition and maintenance of standards, methods, and tools, bringing in best practices from market standard implementations
Adhere to software engineering best practices, delivering software products/applications generating business value
What we need from you
We are keen to hear from professionals who have 8+ years of experience in software development with strong relevant experience in .NET Core/ Azure.
Bachelor’s graduation in IT/Computer Science or Engineering related discipline is required
Hands-on development experience in NET Core, Azure (Restful API, Microservices), Azure DevOps, and C#
Proficient in one or more of Data Development technologies (SQL Databases, No SQL, Cloud Datastores etc.)
Knowledgeable in Cloud Native Deployment with CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Has substantial Agile delivery experience
Good understanding of Terraform and CI/CD pipelines would be a great advantage
Any Azure Certification would be good to complement
