Description
The Selling Partner Recruitment and Success (SPRS) organization identifies and recruits the brands and products our customers want and helps drive their success by ensuring a strong start on Amazon. As a Senior Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the Sales team’s performance. This includes tracking and analyzing sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle length, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You will also be partnering with the Sales compensation teams to establish sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for Sales reps, and ensuring that Sales compensations plans are aligned with Sales and performance objectives. The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.

Basic Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years experience in Sales, or at least 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations role. • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc. • Cross-functional Program Management experience leading medium to large scale initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with sales data management solutions and data integration with Salesforce. • Data analysis experience, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $219,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
