  Overview

  Paige, a GCG Company, is currently seeking a Sr Project Manager for our quickly growing Renewable Energy Sales team!

  As our Renewables Sr Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects from “Notice of Award” through final customer payment.

  Reporting to the Renewables Vice President, you will work closely with our Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Accounting teams to create project schedules, assign tasks, track & report project progress, and mitigate risks. You will serve as the focal point for projects, driving task completion while keeping Paige’s leaders updated on project schedules.

  What you’ll do

  Perform in-depth review of customer contracts to develop projects plans including task completion timelines and assignment of tasks to appropriate members of the team

  Review engineering documentation for production release

  Ensure that order entries, production schedules, and shipping and delivery schedules align with projected task completion deadlines

  Collaborate with procurement team to ensure accuracy of product orders and applicable quantities

  Collaborate with accounting team to ensure that invoicing and payment receipt coincides with project plans and task completion

  What you’ll bring

  PMP Certification strongly preferred

  3 to 5 years of project management experience required, preferably within manufacturing, industrial distribution, or Wire & Cable industry

  5+ years of experience working in cross functionally with sales, procurement, and product management teams

  Demonstrated proficiency with project management software applications

  Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite

  Previous experience with ERP software preferred but not required

  Ability to travel up to 20%
