Senior Project Manager

　　 Position Summary:

　　We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in technology project management and a proven track record of success in leading complex projects, particularly within a Big Four consulting environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who brings a deep understanding of best practices and methodologies in project management, technology implementation, and client engagement. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to drive innovation while ensuring successful project outcomes.

　　 Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Strategy:

　　Lead and oversee complex technology projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Provide clear direction to team members, internal and external. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Develop and execute project strategies that maximize value and drive innovation, drawing from extensive Big Four experience. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions to project challenges. Maintain transparent and effective communication with all project stakeholders, both internal and external, through regular meetings, presentations, and reports. Provide insightful updates on project progress and performance. Act as a trusted advisor to clients to understand their business challenges and provide strategic solutions. Project Governance & Risk Management: Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Oversee and identify project risks and drive issue resolution to minimize disruptions to project success. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear expectations and standards for project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies. Document and provide performance feedback and contribute to team members' professional growth. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control processes, and implement improvements as needed, to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct thorough reviews and testing to ensure the integrity and functionality of deliverables. Budget, Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial objectives are met. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of project management methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus. Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in the technology sector, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly desirable.

　　• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology project management, with at least 5 - 8 years of experience at one of the Big 4 consulting firms.

　　• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

　　• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; strong decision-making abilities.
