Job Description Essential duties and responsibilities:

　　Market Access Strategic program development and management Identify market access and healthcare policy shaping needs based on Biogen medicines (NMD, MS and pipeline) and align with internal stakeholders at company level to support business priorities and patient accessDevelop and manage healthcare policy shaping strategy and program to engage with relevant stakeholders (payer advisor, HTA expert, rare disease policy advisor) and associations to advocate for a multi-layer healthcare security and remove access barriersEstablish and maintain the good communication and collaboration with external associations/institutions/healthcare authoritiesCoordinate external associations and Biogen internal cross-functions to ensure the deliverables on time with excellence and in line with complianceExplore commercial health insurance/innovative payment scheme to improve patient access to Biogen medicines

　　Lead the development of holistic patient access strategy to maximize access to Biogen productsEstablish the cooperation with insurance companies or Third-Party Administrator to explore opportunities of province or city supplementary commercial insurance to improve innovative drugs’ accessMonitor the progress of project budget and ensure program execution in compliance by working with internal cross-functional team and external partners/vendors Qualifications Essential knowledge and skills:

　　Bachelor’s degree or aboveA minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (project management, market access, marketing in healthcare industry)Fluency in English (verbal and written) is requiredExcel & Power point in Microsoft Office Core competencies required for this role:
