About SR Program Manager - Live Training, Seller University

  Description

  Seller University (SU) is Amazon’s one-stop learning service that assists aspiring and current Sellers successfully build and grow their business on Amazon globally. Seller University’s mission is to empower every individual/ company that has expressed interest in selling on Amazon to be able to launch, build and succeed their venture on Amazon. We are expanding our team and are looking forward to making a difference to all business around the world considering online selling.

  The Seller University team is seeking a Live Training Program Manager to own and drive strategies for program growth while maintaining a high-quality seller experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including a wide range of product and feature owners, content and editorial, marketing, and seller services to develop and execute a strategic multi-year plan to grow live education through multiple programs and channels. You will create data-driven program plans, advise on content relevancy, source, manage and train presenters and facilitators, host live sessions, and define and report impact and satisfaction metrics to multiple levels of leadership. In this role you will have an opportunity to work on a global scale to advise on content and delivery best practices, build channel-specific strategies and establish and report on new metrics, and test and implement new modalities and visibility levers.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end US webinars program

  • Drive traffic; maintain and develop new marketing initiatives and programs to educate unique audiences

  • Define and deliver a best-in-class live training program for SU and other internal teams

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to create programmatic best practices and support the launch of new live education programs

  • Conduct weekly metrics analysis and deliver program reporting to leaders and stakeholders

  • Serve as a key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, and monitoring key metrics, VOS, and in-session learnings to deliver programmatic optimizations

  • Test and measure new channels for delivery

  • Role is global in nature will work with teams in other regions

  Seattle, WA, USA

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of program or project management experience

  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  Preferred Qualifications

  2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
