Thomson Reuters has a new CoCounsel Sales and Retention Specialist opportunity for our Corporates Legal Business. This role is accountable for driving the strategy, execution, coordination of Corporates Legal CoCounsel sales and retention. Remote based position, can be based anywhere in US. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Sales and Retention Specialist, you will: Shares CoCounsel knowledge and best practices across the broader Sales teams to support account/territory strategies. Grow CoCounsel sales in collaboration with Sales Executives utilizing specialist knowledge to deliver gross sales. Engages with customers as needed during the sales lifecycle. Acts as overlay support to drive sales towards close. Assist in key retention situations as required. Identifies how customer needs can be addressed through different product options and configurations to deliver the most impact. Develop the strategy and actionable plan for accelerating growth and expansion of the Corporates Legal CoCounsel sales (sales pipeline and closed sales growth). Manages lead flow by identifying new prospects for fit and potential, in conjunction with best-in-class prospecting content and cadences that maximize conversion rates. Defines set of measurements and reporting to guide prospecting efforts Develops lead flow plans that consider seasonality, macroeconomic indicators, and trending topics. Reviews the accuracy of included information, performs research and analysis to find additional sources of leads and data. Documents all work in writing and continuously improves our standardized processes and operating procedures. Continuously coordinates with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Partnerships and Alliances to understand areas of focus that align our customer needs with our capabilities and prospecting initiatives. Own key communication to internal senior executives regarding the progress against plan objectives/measurements. Accountabilities Identify new growth opportunities (new areas of focus, new ways of building pipeline, new functionality to focus on) Collaborate with Corporates Legal sales and Customer Success teams to scale early successes, and bring learnings from pilots that aren't successful to further enhance other prospective initiatives. Assist Corporates Legal Leadership Team in creation of a holistic CoCounsel prospecting strategy as well as its successful execution. Assist the team by facilitating implementation plans and removing organizational barriers. Drive a shared vision and accountability across the organization to ensure the success of business development initiatives. Create and sustain connections to our end customer. Provide insights to the business around the wider competitor landscape. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $196,000 - $364,000. The target total cash compensation range in other locations may vary. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
