This position is a hybrid role (in office 50% of the time) and you must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the Uber offices in Dallas, Chicago or San Francisco.
About the Role
The Sr. Credit Analyst, GPO will own Uber's Order to Cash (OTC) process improvements and technology roadmap for Credit Risk Management!
This individual will analyze business needs and work with teams such as Finance, Sales, FinTech and IT Engineering. In addition, they will own revising and building processes to support all Credit activities across all lines of business. In addition to owning Uber's Credit policy and processes, the role will also work closely with Uber's OTC Credit Management Team!
What You'll Do
Drive improvements within OTC Credit Risk Policy to ensure we are protecting and enabling profitable growthProvide in-depth analysis and improvements on current Credit policy and processesBuild out the process, control, and enhancement roadmaps for Credit and partner with internal teams to implementLead automation and efficiency efforts to improve the end-to-end Credit Management process for all B2B products and LOBs
Basic Qualifications
5+ years' proven experience in Credit & Collections, Process Improvement, and/or relevant area
Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years of Credit & Collections Operational and/or Process experience, in multifaceted, complex, matrixed environmentsAbility to drive and improve end-to-end processes with a track record in business process re-engineering and systems analysisStrong understanding of internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley complianceRobust experience working with cross-functional partners across teams and geographiesProven experience collaborating with IT and engineering teamsFunctional knowledge of credit management, bad debt, customer invoicing, receivable aging, and collectionsAbility to influence and collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced changing environmentFormal Agile and/or Six Sigma certifications are an advantageExperience or active exposure to advanced technologies e.g., Machine Learning, AI, etc. is an advantage
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,500 per year - USD$98,750 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,500 per year - USD$98,750 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,500 per year - USD$109,750 per year.
