  Job Summary:

  The position is responsible for working with management to build out in-house tools and reporting solutions as needed. Their work will include learning the details of the Trade Management tools/processes and finding ways to optimize and improve them. They will be responsible for designing, developing, prioritizing, and implementing changes based on the business' goals and needs.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Design and develop scalable analytical solutions to support Trade Management activities. Leverage automation to the greatest extent possible to maximize efficiency.Train other team members on developed processes, tools, and reporting. Share best practices with colleagues to enhance data analytics capability of Trade Management.Leverage data from multiples sources (internal and external) to analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.Work cross functionally with other stakeholders in National Sales to drive continuous process improvements.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to existing processes, tools, and reporting.Create and maintain standardized reports and templates. Ad-hoc custom reporting as needed to meet specific business needs and requirements.Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and address data integrity issues.Utilize Tableau to present data in a visually compelling and user-friendly format.

  Education Required:

  Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Math, or Statistics.

  Experience Required:

  Minimum 3 years of analytical experience with knowledge in SQL, R, or other scripting language. Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports & deriving insights from data. Experience working with large datasets. Take a business problem and develop a solution by utilizing structured data analytics with minimum instruction.

  Experience Preferred:

  Prior experience in an analytical or strategic role such as Strategy, Finance or Insights

  Technical Skills and Abilities:

  Intermediate experience with SQL (creates queries and manipulation of data) and scripting languages such as R or Python.

  Advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA, Parameterized SQL)

  Experience using Tableau preferred but not required.
