Account Manager - Commercial Insurance

　　Storable, the self-storage industry's most powerful technology and integrated insurance platform is seeking a talented Commercial Insurance Representative for its commercial insurance agency operations. In this role, you will process the daily office operations for a commercial insurance agency focusing on serving the self-storage industry. You will work closely with Sales, IT, and Management to support and enhance the customer experience.

　　What you will do:

　　Process applications, prepare quotes & proposals, issue policies, endorsements, accord forms, and policy changes to clients.Gather information necessary for and process insurance renewals.Assist with claim processing.Explain products, services, and premiums and answer questions from prospects and customers.Maintain product knowledge.Maintain the Applied EPIC Agency Management System records in an up-to-date manner.Handle premium financing, collecting policy premiums and processing to carriers.Identify and address the client's needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.

　　Certificates, Licensees, Registration: Property & Casualty License; accreditations are desirable (CISR, CIC, CRM, CPIA...)Superior organizational skillsSelf-starter - ability to work independentlyExceptional verbal communication skillsGood familiarity with office software applications - G Suite knowledge is a plusKnowledge of common business structures Experience with Applied Epic Detail orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDedicated to completing tasks in a timely mannerAbility and desire to learn new thingsCommercial insurance experience

　　$75,000-$90,000 USD
