About Client Success Manager - Tenant Insurance

  Client Success Manager - Tenant Insurance

  We are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who will be responsible for the overall satisfaction, health, product usage, and retention of our partners. The ideal candidate has direct, relevant experience managing numerous clients and building relationships with current partners. You work with existing partners to deliver product and performance features in turn providing predictable growth for their business.

  What you will do everyday:

  Foster and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate conversations and meetings to drive adoption, performance, retention, upsells and ensure seamless resolution of escalated issuesInitiate, lead and manage preparation and execution of business reviews, including setting agendas, coordinating internal alignment and partnership, follow-ups, and holding leadership briefingsKeep customers informed of product roadmap and releases, and advise how new features are relevant to maximize product usage Own, thoroughly document, and communicate client healthMaintain thorough knowledge of customer's business, the market and competition, monitor and communicate meaningful changes to leadershipIdentify and forecast risk; create, maintain and manage mitigation strategies and clearly communicate needs from organization to fulfill mitigation plansIdentify growth opportunities through developing authentic relationships with customers, maintaining thorough knowledge of Storable products and capabilities, as well as the storage industry, and analyzing existing product usage and performance

  What you need to bring to the table:

  3-5+ years client-facing account or project management experience in SaaS based platformsOrganized, detailed and proficient A critical thinker who demonstrates problem solving skills Strong communication skills: leadership, written, verbal, presentationMust be comfortable being directly responsible for a number of business metrics such as Net Portfolio Growth, Retention, SatisfactionDemonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environmentAdaptable to changing environments and processesAbility to travel up to 2-4 times yearBachelor's degree

  Position pay range

  $50,000-$63,000 USD

  All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  Location: REMOTE

  Storable is a fully distributed company, but is currently only registered for employment in certain states.
