　　As Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest clients.

　　What you will do:

　　Being goal driven to find diverse and dynamic candidates while providing a great candidate experience.

　　Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role

　　Source & screen for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels.

　　Support the on-site team by bringing best candidate for the open positions

　　Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

　　What we would like you to have:

　　Good level of English and min C1 level of Dutch is must (written and verbal)

　　Ideally with 1-2 years of experience but people in early career are also welcome

　　Experience in HR or recruitment is a big plus

　　Good communication, stakeholder and time management skills

　　Autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions

　　Flexible approach towards to the changes since this role is very dynamic

　　Able to work part time (20-30 hours a week)
