Operations Project Manager

　　As a Operations Project Manager at Cooler Screens, you will drive the management and coordination of project needs, guiding and prioritizing our deliverables to align with company goals. You will work closely with creative, leadership and tech teams to provide execution oversight, helping to proactively identify process challenges and provide solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

　　You possess a solid understanding of project management processes including scope definition and management, communication management, and risk identification and management.

　　You’re a multi-tasker. You’re able to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously and can adapt to shifting priorities.

　　Experience/Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where change, learning, and adaptation is continuous. 

　　“Scrappy” and willing to do whatever it takes to learn the business, research and engage leads, collaborate with teammates, and more.

　　Qualifications

　　Experience working in construction, installation or other fast pace businesses

　　Preferably, you have worked in both large and small companies

　　You have experience developing new structures and processes necessary to support the business

　　Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively across multiple teams and resources

　　Experience working in fast-paced, startup environment. 

　　Proficiency with PPT, Excel, Video Conferencing, and Online tools and Dashboards.
