About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Software Engineer to join our multidisciplinary product support team in Carmel, Indiana. The right candidate will enjoy the challenge of applying a variety of skills to troubleshoot complex problems and assist in providing solutions for internal and client-facing teams.
This new position will be a critical part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
Diagnose varied and often complex issues as reported by internal teams.Communicate findings clearly and offer solutions.Develop and implement SQL-based events and reports to meet both internal and client requirements.Document and track issues in Jira and SharePoint as required.Work in conjunction with client-facing teams to ensure exceptional customer service.Contribute to a creative environment where collaboration and innovative solutions are encouraged.Qualifications
3+ years software development experience in a business environment.Demonstrated SQL proficiency a must.1 to 2 years programming experience with C#.Web design and additional languages a plus (Java, Python, HTML, CSS).Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server preferred.Some familiarity with cloud hosting/computing preferred.Keen analytical problem-solving skills.Ability to work both collaboratively and with minimal supervision.Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills.Experience with healthcare IT and interoperability a plus.This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.
