　　- Understands the potential of "Smart Manufacturing" innovations for the plant.

　　- Identifies risks associated with the digitized processes in the plant.

　　'- Creates solutions for weaknesses and threats but using the opportunities afforded by Smart Manufacturing (external inspiration) and the Manufacturing Suite (internal standards).

　　- Documents innovation in Epics, Value Items and User Stories as appropriate, and contributes to defining their priority according to global requirements.

　　- Develops concepts for increased interfacing of Products in order to grow the product's individual value.Maintains a Digitalization Roadmap specific to the current and upcoming needs of their plant and central. The Roadmap considers not only the products, but also the pre-requisites for successful product implementations.

　　- Generates buy-in from - and active support of - BT4 for their plant's Digitalization Roadmap.

　　- Prepares resource budgets for relevant projects and product introductions.

　　- Actively communicates the vision for value-adding digitalization of their plant within their plant.

　　- Ensures clarity with respect to "who needs to do what when", in order to make continuous progress along the roadmap.

　　- Identifies blockers for progress and ensures that they are eliminated.

　　- Monitors progress according to the Digitalization Roadmap, and makes this progress transparent with Usage Rates, and where possible, contributions to operative KPI improvements.

　　-Continuously works together with operational departments on mitigation measures.

　　- Ensures adequate pre-release testing of all critical products by LKUs.

　　- Ensures adequate processes for keeping up-to-date with product versions.
