What You Can Expect

As the Bid Manager for the Digital Grid – IoT & Edge(DG IoE) organization, you are a key to understand customer’s requirements,providing offers, and closing contracts for the region of Americas.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program,you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizingsociety by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainableworld and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directlymake an impact.
You are the key figure when itcomes to completing bid preparation and management, tendering, andnegotiating contracts
You structure costs, calculateprices, and negotiate with customers to guarantee our success in theregion.
You implement comprehensive lossanalysis for unsuccessful bids, seeking to gradually improve lessonslearned and overall competitiveness.
You foster insights into theorganization to guarantee constant portfolio improvement andcustomer-centricity.
What You Bring
You are thrilled by newtechnologies, you understand IoT, digitalization and automation and youkeep an eye on the latest developments in this space
Strong drive and understanding ofdigital technology as well as a customer-centric mentality.
Significant practical workexperience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, workingstudent activities or employment.
A master's degree, doctoraldegree, or equivalent in engineering, power engineering, electricalengineer, or comparable technical education
Minimum of 3 months ofinternational experience gained through studying or working.
Excellent English skills to workin a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during theprogram.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
