　　Description:

　　• Release orders according to due dates and customer requirements.

　　• Assist with freight quotes for international customers.

　　• Assist in assembling orders from other Company locations.

　　• Process all assigned inventory, traffic, and shipping activity to assure timely and accurate inventory and shipment information.

　　• Create print labels and maintain order information in the system.

　　• Process inbound receiving documents for inventory items within SAP.

　　•Provide insight to quality team on product accuracy

　　• Answer phone calls and emails from internal departments.

　　• Managing supplies inventories and triggering re-order requests

　　• Act as a back-up to cover responsibilities of other distribution/traffic staff, as requested.

　　Skills:

　　Inventory control, Sap, excel, Inventory, Erp system

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Shipping and Receiving or warehouse administration experience

　　• strong written and verbal communication

　　• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　• Ability to Multitask

　　• Proficient skill of Microsoft Office applications

　　• ERP experience
