Description
Take on an important role in a world-class health system. As Sepsis Program Manager, you'll be a system-level program manager who facilitates an integrated patient-centered approach to all sepsis reduction efforts within the health system.
You'll be responsible for leading and facilitating quality improvement and safety initiatives, the development and maintenance of the strategic plan, project trackers, and improvement dashboards throughout the health system. You'll also:
Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team in the planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivery for sepsis patients to achieve the best outcomes and patient experience with a goal of reducing patient mortality due to sepsis.
Act as liaison to external collaboratives, promote national standards, and integrate UCLA into the community of hospitals and consortiums nationally.
UCLA Health salary range for this title code is $105,200 - $250,600/annually. Please note that the department's target pay range is $150,000 - $178,000/annually.Qualifications
We're seeking a compassionate, confident, optimistic leader with:
Minimum of three years direct patient care experience in an acute care setting, required
RN licensure, required
Bachelor's degree in nursing or other healthcare profession, required
Masters in Nursing or associated clinical field, highly desired
Three years quality/patient safety experience, required
ICU experience, preferred
