　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst. Personally, or through plant team collaboration the Analyst will direct all financial activities of Corporate Functions or a certain facility. While performing all duties and responsibilities the Analyst will always model Sonaca North America values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

　　ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Analyzes, plans, and assists with the development of the organization's budget & forecast

　　Reviews operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.

　　Makes recommendations for budget allocations to ensure conformance to budgetary limits

　　Maintains records and analyzes the difference between actual operating figures and estimated budget

　　Provides cost analysis results to assist management in decision making or other financial initiatives

　　Performs variance analysis between actual and standard costs

　　Monitors, analyzes, and reports on inventory valuation, production, and various other costs

　　Plans, analyzes, and prepares the organization's budget activities according to previous budget figures and estimated revenue

　　Provide cost and margin analysis to operations focusing on assemblies and sub-assemblies

　　Develop and maintain costing standards for the organization

　　Preparation of the monthly financial statements

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

　　2-3 years’ experience in related field

　　Strong Excel skills a must.

　　Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills: ability to assess and define business problem, pull & analyze data to develop insights, and recommend solutions based on those insights.

　　Organizational and communication skills.

　　Self-driven and independent, demonstrating an ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish and carry out goals/objectives.
