Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Specialist to provide integration, operation, and maintenance support for a full motion video dissemination system.
This Onsite role in Dulles (Sterling, VA) has approximately up to 30% OCONUS/ CONUS travel.
Initial deployment could be within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities to Anticipate
Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems hardware and software configurations.
Ensure total operational and functional compatibility with interfacing/interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer applications. These systems include Windows Based Active Directory Domains, VMWare, Video Surveillance Software, Cisco Switches/Routers, and Video over IP (Multicast and Unicast-based).
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Possess current Security+ CE credential or equivalent DoD 8570 certificate.
Experience with Microsoft specific systems administration and VMWare
Experience working on US government computer systems.
Experience across multiple knowledge domains.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and have the discipline to work independently or unsupervised when necessary and working within a time critical, physically demanding environment as the subject matter expert within the given domain but willing to support the team in a variety of tasks as required.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Top Secret with SCI access clearance.
Certification for VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).
Certification with one or more of the following Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications: Microsoft MCSA/MCSE 2003/2008/2012, MCITP, Cisco CCENT, CCNA, CCNP.
Experience in meeting with military customers and translating their requirements into program technical results.
Experience building and deploying Windows based products such as Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 in a domain environment.
Experience with cabling to include termination of Cat5/Cat6, single and multi-strand fiber and co-ax cable.
Experience with various video codecs to include MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264 and VC1.
Experience MS PowerShell and VBScript.
Experience with integration and implementation of significant GUI-oriented software products.
Experience with network security scanning and patch resources such as HBSS, SCCM and Retina.
Experience with networking resources such as SolarWinds.
Experience deploying and operating in OCONUS locations.
Understanding of DoD / DISA network security requirements, Information Assurance procedures and guidelines
Understanding of vSphere and ESXi.
Working knowledge of cabling to include termination of Cat5/Cat6, single and multi-strand fiber and co-ax cable.
Ability to learn quickly in an exciting environment.
Excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
