　　Key Responsibilities

　　The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met by the team and help Manager in day-to-day team management.

　　He/she is expected to have thorough knowledge or Relevancy, Privilege, and Privacy concepts and should be a subject matter expert in Document Review.

　　He/she is expected to attain full knowledge of use of advanced review features in Review Platform and help innovate in building strong processes with use of advanced review tools.

　　Develop and maintain trackers for team, prepare client reports, attend client calls and contribute in formulating review and search strategy for Projects

　　Analyze database, manage assignments, lead quality team, train team.

　　Bears ownership and accountability for single or multiple review deliverables at a time.

　　Formulates and directs review workflow.

　　Manages a team of reportees and is responsible for their development, performance evaluations and data quality.

　　Collaborates with internal management for department initiatives and discussions for process improvement.

　　Participates in communications with the client and other departments as and when required.

　　Liaises with other teams and departments for team administration.

　　Qualifications

　　Law Graduate from any recognized University

　　7 years e-discovery experience and 2 years of experience as a Backup Lead in leading projects alongside manager

　　Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

　　Leadership skills and technical aptitude

　　Excellent oral and written skills

　　Comfortable using various review platforms, must have good knowledge of Searching and features like Clustering, Threading, Link Maps, Data mining in tools

　　Thorough knowledge of Privilege checks
