　　Collaborate with other peers and product managers to create compelling and seamless developer experience on web application platformArchitect and develop tooling and functionality to create delightful user experiences, deliver and iterate on features rapidly with high level of controlWrite high-performance, reliable, testable, well detailed codeGrow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around youStrive to build an inclusive team supporting diverse opinionsWork closely with development teams to understand their workflows and needs, and adapt or pivot quickly based on their feedback

　　What you need to succeed

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated ability (3+ years experience) developing sophisticated web APIs and applicationsWeb development experience - JavaScript/HTML/CSS, experience with ES6 and UI frameworksAn interest in and ability to learn new technologiesAbility to tackle problems in a sustainable way, always striving to improve process and learnGoal-oriented - especially in the areas of writing high-performance, reliable and viable codeWorks well in a distributed team environment across multiple geographies; can develop strong working relationships and promote a positive, collaborative toneExcellent verbal and written communication skills; can optimally articulate sophisticated ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanationsBased in the USA

　　Experience with Web Services/APIs (Node.js or similar framework) and Web Components: Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, ES Modules, TemplatesExperience building with Entity Component System architectureProficiency with TypeScript, WebpacksA good sense of humor is a big plus!

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,400 -- $275,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

　　At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

　　In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
