Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler . The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the Time-Location Schedule (TILOS) data in the TILOS software that will be integrated with the Primavera (P6) Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), as well as individual support for various project level staff. This position is under the Program Management Oversight Branch of the Client’s Risk Management Office.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, analyze TILOS schedules, including reports.
Provide monthly updates and reports as a minimum; additional reports will be required at the request of various team members.
Creation of high-level development and construction schedules to support delivery team in procurement and constructability assessment.
Perform other duties as requested by the Program Schedule Manager, Project Controls Manager or Program Master Scheduler
Qualifications
TILOS schedule development for linear civil and rail projects or programs is required. Prior knowledge/experience with planning, scheduling and TILOS analysis/reporting are minimum capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of the principles and practices of critical path method scheduling and general scheduling practices.
The ability to develop, analyze and maintain TILOS schedules and database that can communicate the project and program level schedule and work sequence. Also, the ability to multi-task, communicate well and work independently and ability to work with Primavera P6 software and provide overall scheduling support, analysis, and reporting.
Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
Preferred Experience:
8+ years' experience in scheduling and/or planning with TILOS and P6
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science/Management, Quantity Surveying or similar related field.
Professional certification as PSP, PMI-SP or similar.
Experience in transit/rail projects with typical project size over $1B desirable
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$190K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
