About Senior Program Manager, E-commerce Growth, Amazon Fresh

  Description

  The Amazon Fresh Grocery Team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to be a single threaded leader responsible for implementing strategic e-commerce growth programs. In this role, they will work across Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology and Finance Teams to lead new, high impact projects. The role requires innovative thinking, deep dive abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. As Sr. Program manager leading growth programs you will be responsible for delivering high visibility programs that that improve the end-end grocery experience for our customers and have a sizeable impact on customer retention and acquisition.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Drive strategic e-commerce initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams

  • Define metrics and program management mechanisms to track success of the program

  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify business opportunities for improving customer experiences and P&L

  • Invent & Simplify processes to drive decision making in highly ambiguous situations

  • Lead reviews with leadership to communicate progress of the program

  Basic Qualifications

  5+ years of program or project management experience

  Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  Preferred Qualifications

  8+ years of leading large complex programs experience

  Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
