  The Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning will develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide workforce planning strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth projections. This practiced specialist will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, enabling informed decision-making related to the data-driven, forward-thinking placement and acquisition of Talent (right people in the right place, at the right time).

  Responsibilities

  Serves as Workforce Planning subject matter expert providing knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to meet the people/talent demands of the overall organization.

  Drives first-time implementation and alignment of strategic organizational people plans by understanding requirements, strategic drivers and future organizational trends / objectives. Accountable for helping business units establish long-range (multi-year), annual and quarterly workforce plans.

  Partners with adjacent groups such as Organizational Design, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Reporting and Finance to ensure alignment with the forward-looking plans to as well as the ability to deliver.

  Establishes and conducts regular reporting in support of a data-driven workforce plan. Provides updates to senior leadership on workforce planning activities, achievements, and challenges.

  Requirements

  5 or more years of proven experience in a strategic Talent/OD role, preferably within a complex, multi-regional organization.

  Bachelor's degree required.

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science/analytics is strongly preferred.

  Strong analytical skills, with a passion for working with large complex data sets, with a particular emphasis on predictive modeling and best-in-class associated technology/tools.

  Highly collaborative with an ability to establish credibility in order to implement change, particularly in thinking toward the future in planning for the talent needs of the organization (proactive planning for talent as opposed to reactive).

  Superior communication and presentation skills with an ability to communicate at the executive level.
