In this Senior Manager, Consumer Insights & Strategy role, you willserve as a key strategic partner to the cross-functional team andoversees development and application of consumer and business insights.

You will provideinsights leadership for Tyson Foods\' brands and must be comfortablepresenting strategic recommendations to key members of yourcross-functional team and be influential in sharing consumer-based brandstrategy recommendations.
Location: This position will be based out of Tyson\'s CorporateHeadquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. Relocation assistance may beprovided for those candidates that meet the Tyson Relocation policyguidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Strategy is responsible forleading the consumer or operator learning agenda and ensuring thatconsumer/operator understanding is at the foundation of all strategy.
Specifically, the Senior Manager will:
Collect, analyze, and synthesize consumer learning to tell acohesive and actionable story with the ability to tailor to specificaudiencesLead, design, and execute primary research (both qualitative andquantitative), and synthesize syndicated sources (Nielsen, NET,Mintel, Hartman Group, Datassential, Technomic, Crest, Supplytrack).Provide Consumer Insight leadership with cross-functional teams, andact as a strategic partner with Marketing, R&D, Culinary, Sales,on-site suppliers, agencies, and consultants.Demonstrate holistic thinking, strategic agility, and leadershipwith many levels of the organization.Effectively manage the Consumer Insights budget to proactivelyaddress both immediate and forward-looking strategic needs.Proactively uncover innovative research methods to enable quicker,consumer-informed decision making.Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Marketing Research orrelated field required.{=html}<>- 8+ years of relevant experience on manufacturer-side and with a branded, consumer-packaged-goods company OR combination of supplier-side and manufacturer-side experience. Innovation and Food Industry experience a plus, but not at all required.
Required experience leading, designing, executing, and reportingprimary market research. This includes both qualitative andquantitative methods
Excellent knowledge of marketing strategy and how to integrateconsumer insights fundamentals including primary & secondaryconsumer research, syndicated research, positioning & communicationdevelopment, and strategic business analysis. This includessegmentation, need states, concept development/validation, test andlearn approaches, creative testing and more.
Demonstrated success in leveraging consumer insights to drivebusiness results.
Must be able to develop objective point-of-view and feel verycomfortable sharing it and be seen as strategic thought leader onteam
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and storytellingability
Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Able to demonstrate agility and can pivot focus based on changes inbusiness needs/conditions.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Travel \25% of the time
